Step 1: Mix the Ubtan In a clean bowl with 2 tablespoons of milk or yogurt. Mix well until it forms a smooth paste.
Step 2: Adding Rose Water (Optional), for added fragrance and skin benefits, you can add a few drops of rose water to the Ubtan mixture. Mix it thoroughly.
Step 3: Cleansing the Body Before applying the Ubtan, cleanse your body thoroughly with water to remove any dirt, oils, or impurities.
Step 4: Application Using your hands or a clean brush, apply the Ubtan mixture all over your body, focusing on areas that need exfoliation or skin brightening. You can also apply it to your face if desired, avoiding the delicate eye area.
Step 5: Massage Gently massage the Ubtan into your skin using circular motions. This helps to exfoliate dead skin cells and improves blood circulation.
Step 6: Drying Time Allow the Ubtan to dry on your body for about 10-15 minutes. During this time, you may experience a slight tightening sensation.
Step 7: Moistening and Removal Moisten your hands and gently rub them over the dried Ubtan in a circular motion. This will rehydrate the Ubtan and make it easier to remove.
Step 8: Rinse Off Once the Ubtan has softened, rinse it off thoroughly with lukewarm water. Make sure to remove all traces of the mixture from your body.
