Delivery Policy
All our orders are sent via tracked courier delivery service using our preferred and quick courier partners.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched and tracking details will be confirmed to you via email from our carrier up to 24 hours after dispatch.
We make every effort to deliver your goods within the estimated timeframe, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
If your parcel is not delivered within the timescale, or you have received a notification of a failed delivery attempt please contact us at info@ikorganics.com or you may call us at 0336 111 0013.
Our courier will attempt delivery on three occasions, before returning the goods to our warehouse.
We will issue a full refund on any undelivered goods.
Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
Your refund will be credited back to your payment method, upon receipt of the undelivered goods. This could take up to 10 working days to complete.
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not happy with any part of our service, let us know and we will do our best to put it right.
If you have placed an order and you are not happy with the products, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at info@ikorganics.com or chat with our live chat agent to discuss your query.
CHANGE OF MIND:
If you have changed your mind about your unused purchase, sorry we cannot return your item.
EXCHANGE:
If you want to exchange with another product, we would be happy to do that after paying the difference in price (if the product has a higher price). Please note that while returning, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the courier charges while sending the product back.
FAULTY PRODUCT:
If the item is faulty or not upto the description, the customer will send our sealed pack product on our given address and we will send a new product or initiate a refund process as soon as we will receive the product back.
If the seal of the product is broken, the customer will be eligible to get 50% of original retail price of the product.
Please ensure all returns are sent back to us within 5 days of receiving our product.
After we have received the returned product, we will issue the refund or process your exchange item. This could take up to 5-10 working days to complete.
When returning any goods, please note the following conditions:
- It may take up to 7 working days for your returned goods to reach us.
- Returned items will be processed within 5-10 working days of receipt.
- Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.
- You are advised to use a carrier that offers both tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- Your refund will be credited back to your payment method, upon receipt of the original item.
